If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
If part of these terms does not hold up
If any term here is found to be unenforceable, or unfair under the Australian Consumer Law, that term is severed and the rest continue to apply. We would also rather know, so tell us and we will fix the wording.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
